Refund and Order Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not provided; however, defective products may be reprinted under specific conditions. Clients must notify us of defects within 3 working days and provide digital proof. Lunar Packaging will determine whether the defect is our responsibility. For reprints, the entire order must be returned within 7 working days.

Order cancellations requested within 4 hours of proof approval will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations requested after the order has been processed are not eligible for refunds.

Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
  • Approval of electronic proofs authorizes us to begin production.
  • Cancellations requested within 4 hours of proof approval are subject to a 5% fee.
  • No refund or cancellation is guaranteed after the order has moved beyond this timeframe.

Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax will be charged on all orders unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided at the time of order placement.

Artwork and File Submission

Clients must submit artwork in CMYK format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Lunar Packaging is not responsible for color variations resulting from file conversion. Clients must ensure artwork is print-ready and that they have the necessary ownership rights or written consent for all submitted materials.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Customers must carefully review and approve proofs prior to printing. Lunar Packaging will not be liable for delays caused by late proof approvals. Clients are responsible for verifying proofs against the original file for accuracy. While we strive for consistency, exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations in the printing process.

Changes to Website and Terms

Lunar Packaging reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any portion of the website or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such revisions take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
