At Lunar Packaging, we pride ourselves on offering Safe and Free shipping services across the USA, Canada, and the UK. Clients within these regions are entitled to complimentary shipping. For orders outside these countries, we apply a nominal shipping fee on all printing and packaging products.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is a swift 10 to 12 working days. This timeframe commences after the client approves the digital proofs of their ordered products.
Address-related Considerations
In the event of the client providing an insufficient or incorrect address for the Courier Company, resulting in the shipment’s return, the client is responsible for the reshipment costs to deliver the order to the updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Should a shipment go unclaimed by the client, it will be returned to Lunar Packaging, and the client is liable to cover the reshipment costs for the order.
Lunar Packaging will not be liable for:
- Delays caused by courier companies.
- Delays due to uncontrollable weather or political circumstances.
- Delays are initiated by government authorities, such as customs and clearance departments.
- Delays arise from improper order details and shipping addresses provided by clients.
