At Lunar Packaging, we pride ourselves on offering Safe and Free shipping services across the USA, Canada, and the UK. Clients within these regions are entitled to complimentary shipping. For orders outside these countries, we apply a nominal shipping fee on all printing and packaging products.
Our standard turnaround time is a swift 4-6 business days. This timeframe commences after the client approves the digital proofs of their ordered products.
We partner with trusted express carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure your custom boxes are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability. While we always aim for quick and safe delivery, occasional delays due to weather or other factors can occur.
In the event of the client providing an insufficient or incorrect address for the Courier Company, resulting in the shipment’s return, the client is responsible for the reshipment costs to deliver the order to the updated address.
Should a shipment go unclaimed by the client, it will be returned to Lunar Packaging, and the client is liable to cover the reshipment costs for the order.
