At Lunar Packaging, we are committed to providing premium custom packaging backed by exceptional customer service. We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we handle all return and refund requests with complete fairness and transparency.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. To qualify for a reprint, the original order must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt. Once we inspect and confirm the return, we will begin your reprint process. Standard reprints for bulk orders take approximately 10 business days, though expedited reprints are available upon request for an additional fee.
For non-defective items, returns are also accepted within 20 days of delivery, as long as the products are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that in such cases, the cost of reprints or replacements will be the responsibility of the customer.
Because our products are custom-made, Lunar Packaging provides partial refunds only. We retain 99% of the product cost, as production begins immediately after client approval. Therefore, full refunds are not available once the product has been delivered.
