At Lunar Packaging, we strive to make our clients’ journey as smooth as possible, from purchasing to receiving their products. In spite of all diligence, sometimes something may go wrong, and you may wish to return the product. Below are answers to important questions regarding returns.

Answer: No fee.
This policy applies to both Business Customers and Consumers. Any discrepancies in goods received or requests for return must be notified within 5 business days of delivery.
We charge for all products in USD (U.S. Dollars), and payments are received in the same manner. Lunar Packaging begins processing your orders once full payment has been received, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, through an authentic payment method.
To place your orders, you must provide the final form of the product or services either electronically or by mail. Once finalized, orders are sent to the printing department for production. Please note that once orders have entered the printing phase, no changes can be made (especially design or artwork changes).
Customers are given a 3–5 business day window after proof approval to cancel an order without charges. If an order is canceled after this period but within 7 business days, a 3% merchant fee will apply. Cancellations made after 7 business days will incur a 15% deduction from the total order value to cover production and labor costs. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch via courier.
Lunar Packaging reserves the right to update, modify, or alter any part of its website, as well as these terms and policies, at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
